Overhead triceps extension
Exercise Focus:
(Triceps)

Exercise Instruction:
In a standing position grasp a dumbbell with both hands at one end. Raise the weight overhead and lower it behind the head. Next raise it above the head again until arms are extended. Repeat. Try to keep the elbows in and do not allow them to flair out.
