Exercise Focus:
(Chest and Triceps) Push Pattern
Exercise Instruction:
Lay down on a bench face up (Supine). Hold a barbell or dumbbells with palms facing towards feet and thumbs turned towards each other. Lower the weight to slightly above chest level and then push the dumbbells straight up to a position just slightly before lock out of the elbow. Lower weight and repeat.
