Bent Over Row
Exercise Focus:
(Lats,Middle Trapezius,Rhomboids,Biceps,Posterior Deltoid)

Exercise Instruction:
Stand with feet shoulder width apart. Bend forward at the waist while pushing the hips back slightly. Flex the knees slightly and keep the low back flat or slightly arched, do not let the low back round. The torso should be at an angle above parallel to the floor. Holding a barbell or two dumbbells at about shoulder width with arms outstretched. Pull the bar to the bottom of the sternum (Breast bone) while squeezing the shoulder blades together. Pause and lower the weights along the same path they were raised.
