Dumbbell Row
Exercise Focus:
(Back and Biceps) Pull Pattern

Exercise Instruction:
Set a dumbbell on the floor near one end of a bench. Place one knee on the bench near that end. Lean forward and place the corresponding hand on the bench. Pick up the dumbbell. While keeping the support arm straight and the back in good alignment pull the dumbbell towards the torso. The focus should be on leading with the elbow initially pulling towards the ceiling and then angling it back slightly.
