Lateral Raise
Exercise Focus:
(Deltoids, Trapezius)

Exercise Instruction:
Grab two dumbbells and hold them at your sides. While maintaining a slight bend in the elbows raise the weights straight up and out to the sides. Keep your pinky slightly higher than your thumbs. When the weights reach head level slowly lower them back to your sides along the same path in which they were raised.
