Exercise Focus:
(Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Biceps) Lunge Pattern
Exercise Instruction:
Holding a dumbbell in each hand with hands at the waist. Take a big step out with one leg bending both knees until the back knee brushes against the ground. As you are dropping down curl the dumbbells by contracting the biceps and bending the elbows. Now push back up with the front leg while lowering the dumbbells back to the waist and return to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
