Exercise Focus:
(Shoulders (Deltoids and Traps)) Pull Pattern

Exercise Instruction:
Pick up a barbell or dumbbells with an overhand grip. If using a barbell hold hands just slightly in from shoulder width. Hold the weights in front of the body with arms straight. Raise the bar straight up keeping the weight close to your body and palms facing in. Raise to a level just under the chin. When pulling upward pull from the elbows focusing on bringing them up high. Lower the weight and repeat.
